Support Groups

Support groups are the place to find people who provide us with understanding, compassion and encouragement. So, if you need to be educated, motivated, celebrated or rededicated, please come to our support groups every month to learn and/or to share your challenging experience. Talking to existing or new patients in support groups helps to open up your struggles & thoughts, improve your self-esteem, reduce anxiety that will bring the encouragement and reinforcement you need to succeed in changing your lifestyle behaviors. Always remember that this is the place & time to ask questions!

Our topics for discussion include nutrition guidelines & management, how to incorporate regular exercise into your daily lives, mental health therapy, key role of family support, short and long-term goals, etc. By continuing to work with our team, you will be able to work through any challenges and adapt to lifestyle changes.

When:   4th Wednesday of each month
