- 2 Roasted Peppers
- ½ Avocado
- Garlic Powder
- 1 oz. Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese
- ½ c Balsamic Vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Marinade chicken for a couple of hours in balsamic vinegar and garlic powder
- Grill chicken
- Blanche spinach
- Top chicken with spinach, roasted pepper, avocado and choice of cheese
