INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Chicken Breast Halved
  • 1 c of Spinach
  • 2 Roasted Peppers
  • ½ Avocado
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1 oz. Provolone or Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ c Balsamic Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Marinade chicken for a couple of hours in balsamic vinegar and garlic powder
  2. Grill chicken
  3. Blanche spinach
  4. Top chicken with spinach, roasted pepper, avocado and choice of cheese
