  • 1⁄2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3⁄4 cup light almond milk
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 1⁄2 tsp peppermint extract
  • light whipped topping

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Blend together & serve with light whipped cream!
