  • 12 medium Shrimp
  • ΒΌ c Red onion
  • 12 grape Tomatoes
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Avocado
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh lime

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook Shrimp and cool
  2. Diced Red Onion
  3. Half Tomatoes
  4. Cut Cumber into thin slices
  5. Half avocado and remove some flesh
  6. Mix all ingredients together and scoop into avocado half
