- 1 6 inch whole wheat tortilla
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoons puffed rice cereal
- 1 banana peeled and whole
- Hemp seeds for garnish
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread the almond butter to coat the tortilla.
- Spread the puffed rice over the almond butter.
- Place the whole banana at one end of the tortilla.
- Roll up the tortilla so the banana is tightly rolled inside with the almond butter and puffed rice cereal.
- Cut the rolled tortilla into¾ inch slices and arrange the sushi slices with the banana facing upward.
- Sprinkle hemp seeds on top.
