  • 1 6 inch whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons puffed rice cereal
  • 1 banana peeled and whole
  • Hemp seeds for garnish


  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread the almond butter to coat the tortilla.
  2. Spread the puffed rice over the almond butter.
  3. Place the whole banana at one end of the tortilla.
  4. Roll up the tortilla so the banana is tightly rolled inside with the almond butter and puffed rice cereal.
  5. Cut the rolled tortilla into¬ĺ inch slices and arrange the sushi slices with the banana facing upward.
  6. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top.
